This site belongs to Jeanine Theron, a personal stylist and colour analyst working from Bloemfontein, South Africa. By using it you agree to what is set out on this page.
What you are buying
Style guides are digital. When you buy one it is attached to your account, and you can read and download it from there. It is for your own use, so please do not pass it on or resell it.
Glam Gang
Glam Gang is a membership, paid at the price shown on the Join page when you sign up. Anything you have bought on its own, such as a guide, stays yours whether or not you are a member.
What a guide is
A style guide is a lookup and not personal advice. It cannot see your wardrobe or your colouring, and it is not Jeanine advising you individually. Use your own judgement, particularly where money is involved.
Changes
What is inside Glam Gang will grow and change over time. This page will change with it, and the date at the top says when it was last touched.
Privacy and POPIA
South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act gives you rights over the information a business holds about you. Here is what this site holds, and why.
What is collected
Your name and email address when you make an account. The orders you place and the guides attached to them. The ordinary technical information a browser sends, such as your IP address.
Why it is collected
To give you an account to log into, to deliver what you have bought, and to answer you if you write in.
Who else sees it
Payments are handled by PayFast, who receive what they need in order to take the payment. Card details are held by them and are not stored on this site.
Your rights
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for your account and its information to be deleted. Write to info@jeaninetheron.co.za and it will be dealt with.

Refunds
Guides are digital, so they arrive the moment you pay. Because of that, I cannot take them back once they have been downloaded. If something has gone wrong, though, I will always make it right.
Style guides
If your guide did not download, the file is damaged, or you were charged twice, email me within 14 days and I will send it again or refund you in full.
Glam Gang membership
You can cancel anytime from your account. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Yearly memberships cancelled within the first 7 days are refunded in full.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through PayFast, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

Delivery of digital products
Everything I sell is digital. Nothing is posted, so there is nothing to wait for at the door.
Style guides
Your guide is attached to your account as soon as PayFast confirms your payment. You can read it there on any device, and download it from there too.
Glam Gang membership
Your membership starts when your first payment is confirmed. The member guides are in your account straight away, and each new seasonal guide appears there on the day it is released to members.
Your account
If you did not have an account, one is made for you as you pay, and you choose your password from the email that follows.
If something does not arrive
If you have paid and cannot see what you bought, email info@jeaninetheron.co.za and I will reply within two working days.
